Paul treats content operations not as a service to manage, but as a system to architect. Over three decades he has built and rebuilt the machinery behind high-volume creative production for some of the world's most recognised fashion, beauty, luxury and financial brands.
He started at 25, leaving the UK to establish the digital imaging division at Duggal, one of New York's major photo lab and display production companies – and quadrupled that division's revenue within 18 months by redesigning its production process from the ground up.
He went on to co-found one of New York's most progressive content creation and premedia companies, running it for seven years, before spending the next chapter of his career deploying process-optimisation programmes across marketing and creative operations teams industry-wide, consistently delivering double-digit EBITDA gains.
In 2018 he brought that systems thinking into a far more regulated environment: architecting and deploying enterprise CCM solutions for TD Ameritrade that centralised the creation, management and fulfilment of all B2B and B2C marketing and regulatory communications for over 2 million print-preference customers – cutting procurement spend by 40% in the first 18 months.

Today, as founder of LIMORA, Paul is building the platform his career has been pointing toward: a Creative Production OS for enterprise content creation across PDP, digital, editorial and campaign work – the culmination of three decades spent proving that creative production, done right, is an engineering discipline.
